Packaging and Shipments

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas  packing fees and transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Our shipping service providers are DHL, GLS and UPS

Packaging and shipping is free for orders of € 1000 or more. The shipping of our phono preamplifiers, integrated amplifiers and turntables is basically free of charge.

Shipping times - delivery periods

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods in Germany takes place within 1 - 8 working days, for deliveries to other EU countries within 3 - 14 working days after receipt of payment. Shipping times to non-EU countries can take up to 3 weeks, depending on the destination.

When shipping to non-EU countries, additional taxes or costs (e.g. customs duties) may be incurred in connection with your order, which are not paid by us or billed by us, but by you directly to the responsible customs authorities or to the tax authorities.
